Karan is the Production Manager and is involved in many other key aspects of the business.
Q. Karan, what are your ‘main’ roles here at Everfresh?
A. I have many roles but probably the main are managing the production of our confectionery and all the planning and logistics that go along with making our delicious products.
Q. What is your favourite thing about your career?
A. Everyday is new and different. I enjoy the variety of work, the multi tasking, creating new products and being able to be involved in so many areas keeps the day interesting.
Q. How long have you been with Everfresh?
A. Too long! (laughing) . No seriously it’s been over 10 years now.
Q. Do you have any favourite chocolates and why?
A. My favourites are the dark freeze dried strawberries and the white malt balls.
Q. What do you do to keep fit and healthy?
A. I like going to the gym and working out. I’m lucky as I tend to eat whatever I like, including lots of chocolates and I don’t put on weight.
Q. If you were a super-hero, what powers would you have?
A. I’m allergic to negativity so I’d to have the power to make negativity vanish.
Q. If you were stranded on a deserted island with say a kilo of chocolate, what would you choose? Why and how long would it last?
A. I’d take either the dark freeze dried strawberries or the chocolate pretzels. The pretzels are nice and salty and they’d be nice to munch on too. I’d say they would last an hour!
Q. You win a holiday to either Alaska or Hawaii, which would you choose?
A. Hawaii of course.
Q. Have you watched any programmes you’ve enjoyed lately?
A. I’ve really enjoyed Ozark which is a drama series and also Money Heist a Spanish crime series. Both are on Netflix and are full of suspense, drama and action.
Q. Who would you have play you in movie about your life?
A. Ranvir Singh. He is a famous Bollywood actor.
Q. Do you have a bucket list and what are the top 3?
A. Travel to Europe is on top then I’d like Spiros (Everfresh CEO) to buy me a Mercedes – AMG (breaks into laughter).
