What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is confirmed, our expert team will pick, invoice, and dispatch your items on receipt of payment.

What is your minimum order?

We sell in bulk boxes and quantity varies depending on products selected. We do not split boxes.

What are your turnaround times?

Orders are typically ready for dispatch within 2-5 days, depending on the order size.

Can I order through a distributor?

Yes, you can! Please reach out to us for more details regarding distributors.

Where can I see a price list?

Feel free to contact us for a wholesale price list if you are a business wanting to purchase our products.

What methods of payment do you offer?

We accept various payment methods. EFTPOS is preferred as credit cards may incur additional fees. We do not accept Amex.

Do you offer discounts on wholesale orders?

Our prices are already set at wholesale rates.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Australia. As our products are temperature sensitive, weather is monitored during the warmer periods and goods are dispatched ensuring the quality and integrity of our products are not compromised. Controlled temperature transportation is available for large volumes.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size. Please inquire directly with us for a specific quote. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer; no additional fees apply. We collaborate with various freight companies, or you can arrange your own shipping.

Can we pick up our order?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our warehouse in Coolaroo.
